Cesar M. Fundora, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Director & Founder

My path into this field started as a volunteer in 2012, working with adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences and disabilities, a population I’ve now worked with in some capacity for over a decade.

From there, I worked my way up from educational paraprofessional to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), completing my supervised fieldwork under multiple BCBA supervisors and mentors, before earning my certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.

My fieldwork, training, and experience span clients ages 2 to 21 with a wide range of behavioral disorders and developmental needs, across settings ranging from large-scale clinics to family-owned private practices, schools, homes, and community-based care. That experience gives me hands-on clinical range across behavior assessment, treatment plan design, staff training and supervision.

My vision for Baylight has always been simple: treat every child as an individual first. I want Baylight to be a guiding light in the field, holding itself to modern, evidence-based ABA rather than outdated methods, delivered always with compassion for children and families who deserve nothing less. Progress isn’t just measured in sessions, it shows up in daily life. That’s why parent coaching and family support are built into treatment from day one.
