In-home, school and
community-based ABA therapy

Our Approach

Baylight is a clinician-owned practice. Every treatment plan is written and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will know your child by name, celebrate their wins, and be there when things get hard.

We believe therapy should build on who your child already is. That means we follow their interests, honor the way their mind works, and teach skills that make daily life easier. When challenging behaviors show up, we look for what’s driving them and build the skills that meet that need.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

ABA is a well-researched therapy that helps children communicate, build independence, connect with others, and manage big feelings.

It works by breaking big skills into small, teachable steps and practicing them in the moments they actually matter. Your child gets lots of chances to succeed, plenty of encouragement when they do, and support that fades as they gain independence.

Why families trust us

Baylight Flyer_edited.jpg
We take the time to
know your child.

Before we write a single goal, we get to know your child; their personality, their interests, what makes them light up. That understanding shapes everything that follows.

Therapy that feels like partnership.

You know your child better than anyone, and we build the plan with that in mind. You’ll be part of every decision, and we’ll always explain the why; in plain language, not clinical jargon.

We celebrate every step forward.

Progress can look like a first request, a calmer transition, a new friendship. We notice those moments, track them, and share them with you.

Our Services

IN-HOME, COMMUNITY, AND SCHOOL-BASED THERAPY
We meet your child wherever they need support most — home, community, or school where district policy allows.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLANNING
We start by getting to know your child, then build a personalized treatment plan around what matters most to your family.

SKILL-BASED THERAPY SESSIONS

Hands-on sessions focused on communication, independence, self-regulation, and connecting with others — the building blocks of daily life.

PARENT TRAINING AND FAMILY COACHING

We teach you the same strategies your child's therapist uses, so progress keeps going between visits, not just during them.
